No color commentary here. Just good, old-fashioned 80s fun. Don't cross the streams!!! Unless you're desperate to slay the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Then it's okay to cross the streams.

Cocktail #2: Ectoplasmic Residue
Also known as a Midori Splice, from My Best Cocktails. "Somebody blows their nose and you want to keep it?"
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz Midori
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream
Pour the Midori, rum, and pineapple juice into a goblet glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir gently and top with cream.
What a lovely green color! Much tastier than it looks (and sounds). I poured the cream over the back of a bar spoon, but the Midori was so viscous it probably would've stayed up on its own.
